With combined experience of over 40 years within the property industry, Ecrit inventories are ideally positioned to offer a professional yet tailored service providing you with essential documentation to protect your property investment or deposit.

 


All of our staff have prior experience within the letting and property management industry, thus giving an immeasurable understanding of both the requirements and necessity of the inventory process. We at Ecrit Inventories pride ourselves in providing both a professional and approachable service to landlord and tenants during what is often the most stressful part of the letting process.

 


Who We Are



Corinne Watkyns 
Corinne began her career in property during 1998 whilst still a student, becoming proficient over the next 10 years in both the sales and lettings industry. A passion for property, providing excellent service and simply ‘getting things right’ cumulated in the establishment of Ecrit Inventories in 2008.

Having gained a wealth of experience working for both smaller independent agencies and also in contrast one of the largest lettings companies in the UK, Corinne decided it was time to provide the type of inventory service both landlords and tenants deserved and so Ecrit Inventories was born.




Simon Watkyns 

Simon began his career in 2000 and having initially worked in a property management role for a leading agency, pursued a career through the property letting and sales fields, ultimately managing offices for several of the most prestigious property agencies within London and enjoying both a very enjoyable and extremely successful career. 
Having worked with Ecrit Inventories for 6 years, Simon has brought his past experience to the company, in line with his eye for detail and desire for exceptional client satisfaction.


Whilst juggling both a very busy professional and family life, Simon also enjoys an active lifestyle participating in numerous sporting activities including running, swimming and cycling and can be often found raising money for many worthwhile charitable causes
.
